How to Use

1. Unwrap: Open the individual wrapper and peel off the backing release paper from the center of the pad.

2. Position: Position the pad in the center crotch area of your underwear with the wider end towards the back.

3. Secure Wings: Remove the release paper from the side wings and fold them securely around the underside of your underwear.

4. Dispose Properly: Wrap used pads in paper or the wrapper and discard in a trash bin (do not flush).
